What Is QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a method developed by Dolores Cannon over more than 45 years of working with thousands of clients.
It guides you into a deep theta state (the same state we enter naturally before sleep) where the subconscious mind opens.
In this space, people often:

• understand the root of emotional or physical patterns
• receive clarity about life purpose
• experience energetic release or healing

What a Session Feels Like?
You lie down comfortably, eyes closed, fully safe and fully aware.
Your body relaxes, your mind softens, and I guide you gently into the deeper layers of your consciousness.
Your voice becomes the bridge between your inner world and this one. You speak, I listen, and together we follow whatever arises. Every session is unique. Every journey reveals exactly what you’re ready to see.
What Happens After?

Sound Bath
What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a full-body listening experience.
Using singing bowls, I create a symphony of vibrations that move through the body and bring the nervous system into deep rest.
There is nothing for you to do except lie down, breathe, and allow the sound to work its way through your layers.
Physical Benefits:
• Calms the nervous system and brings the body into deep rest
• Releases physical tension held in the muscles and fascia

My Training:
I was trained in Nepal in traditional Tibetan sound healing.
The bowls I use are hand-hammered and naturally tuned instruments that carry a distinct field of resonance. I use other traditional instruments as well, including gongs, tingshas and bells.
Session Types:
