JOUMANTRA PRODUCTS' TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing or pre-ordering a Joumantra candle or incense, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Materials & Intentions:​

Each candle and incense stick is handmade with love using pure coconut wax (candles), natural joss sticks (incense), and 100% essential oils. All products are crafted with care, intention, and high-quality natural ingredients.

Pre-Orders, Pricing & Payment:

  • Final pricing will be discussed and agreed in writing (WhatsApp/email) before payment.
     

  • Full payment is required before production. A secure payment link will be provided.
     

  • Production is scheduled only after payment is received.
     

  • You may request changes before payment. After payment and once production has begun, orders are non-refundable and cannot be modified (custom/handmade).
     

Production, Curing & Readiness:

  • From the date of production, candles require 20 days to cure before use to reach optimal scent throw and performance. (They are made entirely of natural ingredients that take time to bind and bloom beautifully.)
     

  • We will confirm your production start date before you pay.
     

Delivery (UAE):

  • Flat-rate delivery (per order):
    Dubai: AED 30 | Sharjah/Ajman: AED 40 | Abu Dhabi: AED 60
     

  • Delivery date depends on material availability and your confirmed production slot, and will be agreed before payment.

 

Safety:

For candles

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
     

  • Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
     

  • Trim the wick to 5 mm before each use.
     

  • Burn on a heat-safe, level surface; allow wax to melt to the edges for an even burn.
     

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
     

  • Stop use when ~1 cm of wax remains.

For incense

  • Place incense in a stable, heat-resistant holder.
     

  • Ensure proper ventilation and never leave burning incense unattended.
     

  • Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
     

Joumantra is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of candles or incense.

Natural Variation:

  • Coconut shell candles: Poured into real, breathable coconut shells. Minor wax seepage may occur due to the natural material. A coaster is provided and must be used.
     

  • Slight color/scent variations can occur between batches due to natural oils and handcrafting.
     

Allergies & Sensitivities:

  • Products contain pure essential oils. If you are sensitive to scents or specific botanicals, please test cautiously and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • If your candle or incense arrives damaged or isn’t functioning as it should, please email joumantra@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description. I will do my best to replace or resolve with love and care.
     

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Due to the custom/handmade nature of Joumantra products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted except for items damaged in transit as noted above.
