By purchasing a Joumantra candle or incense, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Materials & Intentions
  Each candle and incense stick is handmade with love using pure coconut wax (candles), natural joss sticks (incense), and 100% essential oils. All products are crafted with care, intention, and high-quality natural ingredients.
   

• Safety
  You agree to follow standard safety practices:
   

For candles:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
   

• Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets
   

• Trim the wick to 5mm before each use
   

• Burn on a heat-safe surface and allow the wax to melt fully to the edges for an even burn
   

• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
   

For incense:

• Place incense in a stable, heat-resistant holder
   

• Ensure proper ventilation and never leave burning incense unattended
   

• Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets
   

Joumantra is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of candles or incense.

• Natural Variation
  Coconut shell candles are poured into real, breathable coconut shells. Minor wax seepage may occur due to the natural material. A coaster is provided and must be used underneath the candle.
   

• Damaged or Faulty Items
  If your candle or incense arrives damaged or is not functioning as it should, please email joumantra@gmail.com including photos and a brief description. I will do my best to replace or resolve the issue with love and care.
